Hey there! My name is Lucus. I’m a spunky, goofy little guy looking for my forever home. I was found running the streets, and some nice people brought me here to the shelter. Since coming here I’ve been given plenty of food, some treats, and lots of love. I’m even making friends with some of the other dogs! Cats are ok, too. The only thing I don’t seem to like are small kids. They make me kinda nervous. Other than that, I love everybody I meet! And while the people and animals here are nice, what I really want is a home of my own. I’d like to stretch out on somebody’s sofa. Maybe take a nap in someone’s lap. When I’m not busy snuggling, I would love to go for walks through the park, maybe even hike some trails in the woods. Doesn’t that sound like fun? If it does, apply for me. Lucus is a male Hound/Spaniel mix, approximately 2 years old, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed, SNAP 4Dx tested, -x3/Lyme +, and will be neutered and microchipped before he goes home.
