LAWRENCE COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY

Food Drives

Pet Food Drives are an important part of our fund raising efforts to care for the homeless animals.

The Lawrence County Humane Society relies almost entirely on donations from the public to keep our doors open and to serve the community.

Twice a year, usually in June and September, the Lawrence County Humane Society holds Pet Food Drives at local grocery stores and businesses. These events give a much needed boost to our vital supplies like dog and cat food, as well as kitty litter, puppy and kitten food and other necessities from our Wish List. We also raise money that we can use to vaccinate the animals and to run our shelter.

We also gratefully welcome any and all donations dropped off at our shelter.

If your group, business, school or organization would like to hold a Pet Food collection for our benefit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
