Your Help is Needed

The Lawrence County Humane Society is supported by our fund raising events, private donations and income from adoptions. The future of the animals depends on people like you to care and help us financially. All money goes directly to the care of the animals. Their future and our future rely on your generosity. Thank You!

Consider a Recurring Grant

A recurring grant from your donor-advised fund is easy to set up, and it means that LCHS can count on your regular gifts to help us care for the animals we serve. By contacting your fund administrator, you can choose the frequency and amount of your recurring grant, and it will come to LCHS automatically.

You can also create your own legacy of saving animals by naming LCHS as the beneficiary of your donor-advised fund. You’ll be helping secure the mission of LCHS for future generations.

Consider a Personal or Memorial Gift

Memorial and In Honor of donations made to the Lawrence County Humane Society are wonderful ways to honor a friend, loved one, pet or a special person or animal who has passed away.

The recipient of your choice will receive a personalized card letting them know of your thoughtful gift.  Donations can be made on our website, in person, or by phone at 724-654-8520 during business hours.

Where There's a Will There's a Way

Your bequest to the Lawrence County Humane Society will help ensure ongoing care for our animal friends when you no longer share their world. Your kindness can live on when you remember us in your will. Your attorney can help you make your bequest.

Naming Opportunities

Lawrence County Humane Society is pleased to offer donors an opportunity to name unique spaces in our new building for themselves, their pets, family members, or their businesses. All naming opportunities will feature a plaque when entering the space or on the designated item. Naming opportunities will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please contact Dave Black.

Gifts

We also suggest contributions in someone’s name as a gift for the “person who has everything.” These donations are acknowledged with a card.

Kuranda Beds

Kuranda beds offer numerous benefits for pets, particularly dogs, by providing a comfortable, elevated sleeping surface. Their durable, chew-resistant design makes them ideal for both home and kennel use, ensuring longevity even with heavy use.
