Hello there! My name is Dalton. I know what you’re thinking, for a Mastiff, you’d think I’d be bigger. And you’re right, I really should be a little bigger. I came into the shelter from a tough situation. I was left abandoned in a home and was brought in by the police. I was skinny and very dirty. Since coming to the shelter, I’ve really done well! I’m putting on weight, and I’m making friends wherever I go. I’m so happy to see people, my whole body wiggles! I’m also quite the talker. If you scratch just the right spot, I will groan and chatter my teeth. I also seem to do well with other dogs. I love to play tug of war. Fetch is also a good game. I could play fetch all day! And if you’re looking for a lap dog, I’m your guy! Cuddle time is my favorite time of day! I’m also pretty smart. I already know how to sit, lay down, and give paw! But anyway, enough about me. Maybe you can apply and I can learn more about you! Who knows, we might just be a perfect match!
